2.How long does shipping usually take?

After completing the transaction, your order will go directly into our waiting queue for a day before processing. At this time, you can request an exchange or cancel your order.

Processing time:

When your payment is authorized and verified, your order will be processed in no time. The processing time of each group of products is listed below

  • Normal and partial printed apparel: 3-5 working days
  • Poster/ Canvas: 5-7 working days
  • Over Print (Full Prints) merchandise: 7-10 working days

Once your order is shipped out, we will send you a tracking update email with your tracking number and tracking link. Kindly check your email regularly.

Transit time

Shipment might be affected by some factors such as customs, holidays, weather delays, pandemic, etc (we seek your understanding in these situations). Therefore, we can only offer an estimate of transit times. Below is the normal transit time frame for each group of products:

  • Normal and partial printed apparel: 5-7 working days
  • Over Print (Full Prints) merchandise: 11-14 working days
  • International orders may take longer ( about 1-2 weeks) to be delivered

But, please don’t worry because we will try our best to expedite the shipping time so that our loved customers can receive their orders in no time.

3.How much is the shipping charge?

The shipping fee may vary. It depends on your destination and the weight of the package.

4.Why is there no information when I track my package?

There are many reasons why the tracking shows no update when you track the package. Below is 3 basic reasons:

  • Incomplete customs clearance documentation or waiting for a scan
  • A delay in the delivery or a delay in updating the status of orders on the tracking page.
  • If your destination is in restricted areas, shipments might be delayed due to difficulties in shipping

5.Re-ship policy

We will consider resending your order in the below situations:

  • You didn’t put the correct address and contact information, which caused failed delivery.
  • Shipping carriers can not contact customers.
  • Once our warehouse receives the returned package and we get the correct shipping information and resend fee from you, we’ll resend your order to your place immediately. 
  • About the resend fee, please refer below information.
  • Re-ship to the US: $7/item
  • Re-ship globally: $10/item

6.Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?

At this time, we only can ship your order to single-destination. If you want to ship to multiple addresses, please order separately

7.Can I ship to a PO box or Military APO/ FPO?

We can do a shipment to a PO box or Military APO/ FPO.

Please note that shipment to these places can extend up to 30-40 working days to be delivered.

If you want to ship to a Military APO/ FPO, we are not able to update the tracking information when the package entered the army area because of security reasons.
